Glenda Miles

Glenda Miles brings considerable communication and management experience to her position as Education Supervisor for American InterContinental University.

She honed her communication skills during her years with Nortel Networks where she held numerous management positions in training and documentation. Before joining Nortel Networks, she worked as an editorial assistant with the Chicago Sun-Times. She has been a contributing writer for WBEE Radio’s newsletter and a developer of specialized training courses and workshops for churches and various community organizations.

She has received numerous awards for her commitment and dedication to helping others improve their communication skills. She actively participates with organizations that support those goals. She has also received awards for ensuring that quality is a key component of every project she leads.

Ms. Miles earned an M.A. from Amberton University in Human Relations and Business and a B.S. in Mass Media from Illinois State University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in training and leadership development at Northcentral University

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and interacting with a variety of people.
